Our People & Culture Team acts as a trustful partner who brings our crew and the business to the next level by creating outstanding people & candidate experiences. As a Talent Attraction Manager you will join our team of 4 people and will be in charge of the full-cycle hiring processes of exciting roles. Your challenge: 

  • You will provide a wow factor candidate experience. 
  • You will leverage existing talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities.
  • You will take a proactive approach to attract and hire the right talents for our crew.
  • You will partner with our hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and act as a talent advisor throughout the entire hiring processes.
  • Together with the People Business Partners, you carry out learning sessions, deep dives and exciting projects on all recruiting related things!
  • As we are scaling up and professionalizing as an organization, you will play an essential part in projects of improving and automating our ATS. 
  • You will use data to support your decisions and recommendations.
  • Furthermore, you will continuously improve and implement new processes and systems.

About you:

  • You consider yourself as a generalist in all recruitment (levels, functions etc.) especially from service and/or technology companies. 
  • You have the gift of finding the perfect candidate, even if it means looking under a rock or finding a needle in a haystack.
  • You are a great interviewer, and care about really getting to know our candidates.
  • You go the extra mile at providing them a great candidate journey!
  • You know LinkedIns functions inside and out 
  • You get excited about data and use metrics and data to determine the best ways to approach hiring challenges. 
  • You are a great presenter and ambassador of Realtainment!
  • You stay up to date on the latest recruiting trends. 
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have a great sense of humor :)
