Email is one of Realtainments strongest channels, and it's currently one of our main methods of building relationships with our customers. Next to that, we are in the process of building up our overall CRM strategy, which will include more channels.
To continue building our email and to support with developing our general CRM concept, we are looking for a CRM Manager! This person reports to the Head of CRM, and will be part of the central Marketing department.

Optimize performance through continuous analysis and testing,
Create, implement and report email campaigns, leverage user insights to optimize email automation together with our brand marketing teams
Report results back to the main stakeholders
Support the Head of CRM with implementing our CRM strategy by working on topics like tracking, database management, personalization, and setting up new push channels
Do you have this ?
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing in an e-commerce environment
You are customer-centric, and you have great ideas on how to best create engagement, reduce churn, and drive sales
You have worked with Drip, Braze, Emarsys, or another comparable CRM tool
Great analytical skills - excel sheets make you happy and you're able to turn numbers into action
You have great stakeholder management skills
You are a native German speaker / You speak at least C1 level German
If You have technical knowledge in (HTML, data) and data privacy topics (GDPR)
