As an Office Manager you will become part of our People & Culture Crew of currently 5 people. Our purpose is to create an outstanding experience for candidates, employees and external partners.

Our team consists of experienced HR Business Partner and Recruiter and will offer you great sparring for your own development.

In the role of an Office Manager your outstanding prioritisation and organisation skills as well as your first class stakeholder management skills will stick out. Moreover you will impress with your hands-on mentality and your ability to solve problems.

Job requirements

Your Challenge: 

  • Advise and execute upon an environment that increases employee engagement, joy, and effectiveness
  • Plan and organise all company events from start to finish - set themes, book venues & catering, set-up of decorations and clean-up afterwards
  • Take over responsibility for the whole purchasing process of office inventory and supplies
  • Assisting employees & leadership, prepare conference rooms for meetings with external guests, support in travel management and organize our AllHands Meetings
  • Lead the communication and coordination with the owners and property managers for our office
  • Manage the reception and be the first contact point for external guests, as well as the initial internal contact point
  • Be a problem solver and look at problems as exciting challenges to solve to ensure our crew has the environment to thrive in

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Fluent in English and German
