People Business Partner/ HR Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

Our People & Culture Team acts as a trustful partner who brings our crew and the business to the next level by creating outstanding people experiences. As a People Business Partner you will join our team of 4 people and will be in charge of the full candidate and employee experience cycle for our Engineering, Digital Product and Operations department. You will be able to use your creativity and empathy to set up strategies, processes and policies to provide a topnotch journey for all Realtainers.

Your challenge:

  • Support Realtainment’s further development in the field of Culture and Team and ensure that Realtainment’s values, positive culture and overall objectives are promoted and reinforced
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders in the business and influence by coaching
  • Be the single point of contact and employee advocate for People & Culture related questions (feedback, engagement, payroll, processes, etc.)
  • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Innovate and try out new things. Act as a strategic and trustful partner for Realtainment’s leaders by driving projects (e.g. onboarding, performance feedback, learning & development, compensation & benefits)
  • Review, renew and be the ambassador of Realtainment’s policies and legal compliance
  • Communicate with external partners

Job requirements

About you:

  • You have a strong background in People & Culture and consider yourself a generalist (onboarding, feedback, learning & development, coaching, recruiting and compensation & benefits)
  • You have solid knowledge in german labour law
  • You use data to determine the best ways to approach challenges
  • You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have a great sense of humor :)
