Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m)

Realtainment has some of the most shareable products you could think of, but so far we haven't fully explored everything Social Media has to offer. So we need you to take our Social Media to the next level! As our Senior Social Media Manager (d/m/f) you will coordinate all organic Social Media activities in very close cooperation with stakeholder teams, by building up from scratch a centralized strategy, structures, and processes. Paid social is not part of their scope. In the near future you will build up and develop a team of Social Media Managers!

Job requirements

Your challenge:

  • Create a centralized Social Media strategy from scratch, which can be executed by your team members for each of our brands ArtNight, BakeNight, PlantNight & GroupNight
  • Decide what channels to prioritize and what tools to use. Try out new channels and create proofs of concept
  • Continuously analyze performance and propose what kind of content to publish and through what channels, and what kind of experiments to run to optimize results
  • Brief our Content team on creative needs to fill the content calendar - from memes to new product updates to sales posts
  • Optimize community management processes together with our Customer Service team, to ensure any user with a question or problem gets great support
  • Come up with processes on how to best work with our internal stakeholders

About you:

  • You are on top of everything in regards to Social Media, you have experience building a strong Social Media presence, from conceptualization/strategy all the way to implementation
  • You have worked in Social Media in a B2C environment for at least 3 years
  • You have proven project management and stakeholder management skills
  • You are analytical as much as you are creative; you're able to turn numbers into actions
  • You have no difficulty doing hands-on projects while driving long-term strategy implementation at the same time
  • You speak German at native level
  • Bonus points if you have worked with Influencers in the past, either through an agency or (even better) directly
