Our Digital Product Team combines strategic mindset with analytical understanding. This is where unique product concepts are created and implemented in cooperation with the respective teams from the initial stage to marketing.


As VP Digital Product (x/m/f) you will shape the product vision (in close cooperation with the CTO) and long-term strategy based on a deep understanding of our business and the role digital products plays in it.

Job requirements

Do what you’re passionate about

  • Shape the product vision and strategy in close alignment with the CTO based on a deep understanding of our business and the role Digital Product plays in it
  • Lead the product management and design team, defining and continuously improving the product discovery process
  • Establish a data-driven, experimentation-friendly product development approach to evaluate opportunities and to monitor success with defined KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the trust needed to develop our products
  • Ensure reliability and high quality standards in our production processes
  • Own the product roadmap and agile backlog, plan and oversee the Scrum process
  • Support and empower a team of 3 product managers and 2 UX/UI designers


Show what you can do

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the digital sector as an Product Manager and Product Ownership
  • You have already worked with agile methods like Scrum Framework and have experience with tools like the Atlassian Suite, wireframing and prototyping
  • Knowledge of modern product development practices especially for B2C/E-Commerce products
  • First-hand experience in leading and motivating a small team
  • Aspiration to develop an outstanding product based on a customer centric vision
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work in a structured manner are as much a part of your personality as your conceptual strength
